What platforms does SpiderPro run on?

SpiderPro is available on Windows, macOS, and Linux. It's a native desktop application that works offline once installed.

Does SpiderPro support JavaScript sites?

Yes, SpiderPro Pro includes full JavaScript rendering thanks to an integrated Chromium engine. It can crawl React, Vue, Angular, and other modern JavaScript framework sites.

How fast is SpiderPro?

Speed depends on your settings and internet connection. Typical speeds:

• Standard mode: ~50 pages/minute
• JavaScript mode: ~10 pages/minute

Does SpiderPro respect robots.txt?

Yes, by default SpiderPro respects robots.txt rules. You can disable this in settings if needed (for your own sites only).

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade to Pro?

You can upgrade from the app's Settings > Account section. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New accounts get a 14-day free trial of all Pro features.
